The nose already hints at evolution, with notes of roasted hazelnut, orange marmalade, cocoa and dried rose. Complex and powerful. The same power is found on the palate, with substance and even tannins, but never drying out. Just the right balance of dosage produces a wine of great fullness and aromas of coffee and dried pineapple. A meditative champagne that evolves gradually on the palate and can be kept for hours.
