Viña Cono Sur is a wine producer based in the Colchagua Valley in Chile. The brand was created in 1993 when Concha Y Toro purchased the Santa Elisa estate in Chimbarongo, Colchagua. The estate had around 300 hectares (494 acres) under vine, including a plot of Pinot Noir vines which were, on average, 25 years old. The estate has grown considerably since, and now Cono Sur makes wines in most of Chile's key winegrowing regions, including the Maipo Valley, the Limari Valley, and Aconcagua.
