Church Road Winery in the Hawke's Bay region is one of the oldest wineries in New Zealand with a history dating back to 1897. It produces a broad portfolio of wines headed by the luxury TOM label, as is probably best known for Cabernet Sauvignon-based reds.
TOM was introduced with a Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot; that range now includes a Chardonnay and a Syrah. "One" is a series of single vineyard, single variety wines, comprising the four grapes mentioned above, plus a Malbec.
