This 2013 Brunello di Montalcino from La Magia performs very nicely and represents a sure growing curve compared to past vintages which tended to be one-dimensional and not as complex. This edition, however, shows interesting nuances, especially where the inner brightness of that bold cherry fruit is concerned. The tannins are softly integrated, yet the wine delivers rich structure and texture nonetheless. - Wine Advocate 90
